About
Negin has served Hamedan families since 1998 from a restored brick house a few steps off Bu-Ali Boulevard. The kitchen keeps to the classics — koobideh and barg over saffron rice, ghormeh sabzi simmered for a day, and dizi served in the stone pot on Fridays.
The courtyard seats 90 under grapevines and misting fans in summer; the indoor salon has private alcoves for family gatherings. Bread is baked to order in the corner tanoor.
Walk-ins are welcome for lunch. Dinner and weekend tables are best reserved a day ahead, and group menus for 10+ can be arranged by phone.
