1. Acceptance
By accessing My Hamedan (hamedan.city, the “Service”) you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Accounts
You may sign in with Google or a one-time email link. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your email secure. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
3. Listings & business owners
Businesses, events and destinations are published for informational purposes. Verified owners (“tradesmen”) may edit only the listings assigned to them and are responsible for the accuracy of that content. We may edit or remove any listing.
4. User content
Comments and reports you submit may be reviewed before publication. Do not post unlawful, misleading, or abusive content. You grant us a non-exclusive licence to display content you submit.
5. Bookings & third parties
Tours, tickets and reservations may be provided by third parties. We are not a party to those transactions and are not liable for them.
6. Disclaimer & liability
The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
